SHIPPING COST:
We charge a flat shipping of $6.95 on all orders. Note: We currently only ship to the Continental USA.
SHIPPING METHOD:
We ship orders via UPS GROUND or United States Postal Service. We determine/choose the best shipping method for your order based upon the weight and size of your order. We will make every effort to get your product to you as soon as possible. We send you an e-mail with your tracking number when your order is shipped. However, to prevent ruining "surprises" on gifts for third parties, the tracking numbers will be sent upon requests for those items.
SHIPPING TIME:
We have numerous types of products in our store, thus, the shipping time varies. Items that require NO personalization/customization should arrive to you in approximately 7-10 business days. Items that are personalized/customized should arrive to you in approximately 10-12 business days. Note: If you need personalized/customized items sooner, e-mail us and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. NOTE: Though we use Paypal's secure checkout system YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM OUR STORE. If you do not want to use Paypal, click the button immediately after the line "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" and the checkout process will proceed with you entering your billing information. Depending on which computer you are using, some of you will not see the option stated above. Instead, all you have to do is click on the "Continue Checkout" button and proceed from there.
RETURN POLICY:
We will make every effort to make your shopping experience for wedding supplies, wedding ideas, and wedding favors for all of your wedding planning a pleasant one. E-mail or call us within 14 days of receipt of your order to let us know the problem. We only accept notified returns. Once we receive your merchandise back we will exchange or refund your money (whichever you request).

* We do not refund any shipping costs.
*ALL candy items are NONREFUNDABLE. Any item that includes candy can not be returned.
* All Customized Items, Personalized Items, and Handcrafted Items are nonrefundable. All sales final on these items.

If you are dissatisfied with any products, services, information, or with any of the terms and conditions contained in this web site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the product from Sweetest Favors.
